cbootimage software package provides Tools to dump and generate boot config table on Tegra devices, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cbootimage
cbootimage is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cbootimage package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cbootimage *
You will get with cbootimage package name, version, architecture and description in a table
